Tyrion Lannister is the youngest of the Lannister clan. He is a dwarf and not as respected by his father, Tywin Lannister, as his older brother and sister. Tyrion is often called the Halfman or the Imp by many of the other people throughout the land. Peter Dinklage plays Tyrion in the HBO series, Game of Thrones.
Despite being very educated and seemingly always calculating the situation, the Imp receives little respect from his father. This is due to his deformity and because his mother died giving birth to him. Tyrion Lannister shows know sympathy for his enemy, however he does show sympathy for those who are mistreated or is considered an outcast.
Tyrion is often mistreated and ridiculed because he is a dwarf, but it is mitigated to some extent by his families name, social standing, and money. Tywin is the father of Tyrion and is highly regarded through the 7 realms. Jaime and Cersei are the brother and sister of Tyrion Lannister. Both are very good looking and considered very successful, and neither of the two are dwarfs like their little brother.
